Nice Reasoning Question.
According to the Question, there are total of 10 eggs in the Basket, and ten men came and took one eggs each.
Now, Let us assume that 10 peoples are Friends who came to take the eggs from the Basket.
One by one each Person till the 9th person came and taken the one egg.
Now, when the chance of the last person came, the only egg is left in the Basket, then he taken the Basket and moves forward.
Thus, the Basket is still remains with the single Egg.
Hope it helps.

The question reads, there must be one egg in the basket. So, let's start from reverse direction. There must be an egg in the basket, so what we can do is that we can distribute one egg among the first 9 people, and then to the last person, you can just hand him the entire basket alongwith the one egg. This way, you'd achieve both givens. Everyone would have an egg, and the basket would still have an egg inside it.
Hope it helps.
