Total no. of students in a school = 1500
No. of Girls = 600
So, no. of boys will be = 1500 - 600
= 900
Hence, 600 : 900
We all know, ratio is written in the lowest term. So,
600/900 = 2/3
Therefore, the ratio of no. of boys to girls is 3 : 2.
