as there ratio is given I.e, 2:3

as there are total 1600 persons

now, 2x+3x=1600

5x=1600

x=320

so, no of children=2x

=2×320

=640

and, no of adults=3x

=3×320

=960

now. its given out of every 3 adults 2 are men

then ratio of men to women is 2:1

let no of man be 2y and no of women be y

so, 2y+y=960

3y=960

y=320=no of women

now, we have to find the%of women in fair

i.e, =(320/1600) ×100

=20%
