There are 2 transmission lines on electric poles.the pd between these two lines is 240v. Throughout their lengths.when monkey "A"holding a high voltage wire with its hands and suspending in air,"monkey B" by holding same wire and touching its legs to wall of building.which monkey feels electric shock?why?

Electricity is generated at power stations and brought to our homes by two thick Cu or Al wires wires over electric poles. One of these wire is called as Live wire having high potential of 240 volts.whereas other wire is called as neutral and it is at ground potential of zero volts. THUS POTENTIAL DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIVE WIRE AND NEUTRAL IS 240VOLTS.
Case 1: Monkey A holding a high voltage wire( live wire) and hanging in air will not get shock because it does not complete the circuit for electricity to flow .( no potential difference between two hands as it's on same wire).
Case 2: Monkey B holding the same high tension live wire and touching it's legs to wall will get electric shock as it completes the path for current to flow.(A very high current flows into monkey's body and then into earth.)
