There are 5 balls which are neither red nor rubber.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Total number of balls in a basket = 20

Number of balls are rubber = 13

Number of balls are red = 7

Number of balls are both red and rubber = 5

So, We get that

P(Rubber\cup Red)=P(Rubber)+P(Red)-P(Rubber\cap Red)\\\\P(Rubber\cup Red)=13+7-5\\\\P(Rubber\cup Red)=15

So, Number of balls are neither red nor rubber is given by

20-15 = 5

Hence, there are 5 balls which are neither red nor rubber.
