there are 20 girls and 15 boys in a class. (a) what is the ratio of number of girls to the number of boys? (b) what is the ratio of number of girls to the total number of students in the class?

Required ratio = 20/15
=4/3=4:3
b)Number of girls are 20
Total students are 20+15=35
Required ratio=20/35

the ratio = 20:15 = 4:3
ratio of number of girls to total number of students = 20/20+15 = 20/35
= 4/7 = 4:7
