but on what consequences it will become black hole.
if one of the two neutron star will be bigger than the smaller star will be crushed in to particles( dust) and it will surround the bigger star and if the bigger star 2.3 or 2.4 times the size of our sun it will collapse into black hole with gamma ray bursts
