The total sales for a one-night concert if all seats are sold is Rs.44000

Step-by-step explanation:

No. of seats in First row = 25

No. of rows in second row = 27

No. of rows in third row = 29

and so on

So, It forms AP

AP : 25,27,29,....

There are 20 rows of seats of a concert hall

So, n = 20

a = first term = 25

d = common difference = 27-25=29-27 = 2

Sum of first n terms =S_n=\frac{n}{2}(2a+(n-1)d)

So, total no. of seats in hall = S_{20}=\frac{20}{2}(2(25)+(20-1)2)=880

Price of 1 ticket = Rs.50

Price of 880 tickets = 880 \times 50 = 44000

Hence  the total sales for a one-night concert if all seats are sold is Rs.44000
