Let assume there are only two row and each row has 5 seat so the arrangement should be

Row 1 : S1 S2 S3 S4 S5

Row 2 : S1 S2 S3 S4 S5

So by counting the answer is total of 10 seat and it can also be calculated by multiplying

No of row X no of seat in each row = 5 X 2 = 10

So the answer of your question can also be calculated by using formula is

18 x 32 = 576 seats
