From the given question the correct answer is:

Solution:

given that,

1 plates = 13 choclates.

we have to find the choclates in 23 plates.

so , will multiply one plate of chocolate with 23 plates

we will get the  chocolates in all

Now,

Choclate in 23 plates= choclate in 1 plate × 23 plates

                                  =13 × 23

                                   =299

hence , In  23 plates  there is 299 choclates.

Given that:-

Total no. of plates =23

Each plate =13 chocolate,

As we have to find the total number of chocolate,

For that, we have to use the BODMAS rule,

Multiply the per plate no. of chocolate with total no. of plates,

=>13\times23

=>299

Hence, there are 299 chocolate in 23 plates.
