What are consecutive even numbers?

=> Consecutive even numbers are those numbers which follow each other without skipping any number. For eg, 12, 14, 16 or 32, 34, 36, 38, etc.

Now, let's come to the question :-

Let the three consecutive even numbers be x , x + 2 and x + 4

A/q,

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 210

3x + 6 = 210

3x = 210 - 6

3x = 204

x = \frac{204}{3}

x = 68

\star{} 1st consecutive number => x => 68

\star{} 2nd consecutive number => x + 2 => 68 + 2 => 70

\star{} 3rd consecutive number => x + 4 => 68 + 4 => 72

\therefore{} The three consecutive even numbers are 68, 70 and 72
