Mike has to flip all the coins of one of the Pile

Step-by-step explanation:

There are 40 coins placed on a table. 20 coins are heads up and rest 20 are tails up mixed randomly.

Mike Creates two piles each of 20 Coins

Now let Say Pile  A  has  -  X  Heads

Then Pile A will have 20- X    Tails

now in pile B

Number of Head = 20 - X Heads

Number Of Tails = 20 - (20 - X)  = X   Tails

                        Heads          Tails

Pile A              X                   20-X

PileB               20-X              X

if we just notice that number of Heads & Tails are interchanged in Pile A & B

if Mike flip all coins of one pile  then number of Heads & Tails will be exchanged

let say Pile B is Flipped  then

20 - X  heads  will become 20- X tails

& X tails will become  X heads

                        Heads          Tails

Pile A              X                   20-X

PileB               X                   20-X

Both Piles having same head & same Tail
