Explanation ⇒ When I enters in the Room there are 5 peoples, and I killed the 4 peoples. 
It does not matter that the peoples are alive or dead, therefore total number of the peoples remains the same weather the 4 or 5 peoples or any number of the peoples are killed. 

Now, now total number of the Peoples in the room = 5 + 1(me)
 = 6

Hence, the total number of peoples in the room will be 6.

There are 5 people in a room and then I entered in that room with a gun and 4 persons are killed by me then there will be 6 people in that room.

No matter the persons are alive or dead, the total number of persons in the room will remain the same t.e. 5 and i have also entered in the that room. So, total number of persons in that room is 5 + 1 = 6

So, the correct answer is 6
