Suman's clock is more precise.
• The markings of the clock greatly influences the precision of the clock. The number of markings is directly proportional to the precision of the clock.
• Now, the Roman clock has more hands than the Suman's clock, but the Roman clock has less markings than the Suman's clock. So,the greater number of hands isn't useful if there is less markings because less markings means we have to mentally assume the numerical values between the large marking gaps.
• But in the Suman's clock, there are less hands but more markings. Which means we don't have to assume the numerical values as much as the Roman clock due to the smaller marking gaps.
• Finally, we can come to a conclusion that even with less number of hands the Suman's clock can provide more accuracy due to less necessity of assumption.
