there are 65 1/2 pieces of wood which needs to be painted if one bucket is enough for 5 3/4 pieces of wood how many buckets of paint would be required to paint all the peices?

5 \frac{3}{4}  =  \frac{23}{4}

No of buckets required is

 \frac{ \frac{131}{2} }{ \frac{23}{4} } =  \frac{131}{2}   \times  \frac{4}{23}  = 11.39

11.39 buckets or 12 buckets
