There are 85 people in a warehouse. Some have been turned to Zombies; some are still alive. If the Ratio of Zombies - to - Living Humans is 2 : 3, How many Zombies are there?​

Let the Number of Zombies be 2x and, Number of Living Humans be 3x.

According to the Question Now :

↠ Zombies + Living Humans = Total

↠ 2x + 3x = 85

↠ 5x = 85

  • Dividing both term by 5

x = 17

◗ Zombies = 2x = 2(17) = 34

◗ Living Humans = 3x = 3(17) = 51
