Health is wealth. When we will eat healthy food then we become healthy. We have to do regular exercise to make our body fit. Fitness is very important in our life. We have to eat like green vegetables, fruits, fruits juice etc but we don't have to eat junk food... it also cause diseases like obesity and many more others .Regular exercise helps us to be healthy...
