particle P, which then continues
to remain at rest. Evaluate the
forces F, and F2.
Answer it only if uh know the correct explanation.

Answer:
F₁ = (1/√2) N and F₂ = (3/√2) N
Explanation:
Applying equilibrium conditions. :
Horizantal Forces :
F₁ + 1 sin 45° - 2 sin 45° = 0
⇒ F₁ = 2 sin 45° - 1 sin 45°
⇒ F₁ = sin 45°
⇒ F₁ = (1/√2) ------ (1)
Now,
Vertical Forces :
2 cos 45° + 1 cos 45° - F₂ = 0
⇒ 3 cos 45° - F₂ = 0
⇒ 3 cos 45° = F₂
⇒ 3(1/√2) = F₂
⇒ 3/√2 = F₂
Therefore,
F₁ = (1/√2) N and F₂ = (3/√2) N
Hope it helps!
