A body weighs 63N on the surface of the earth. What is the gravitational force on it due to the earth at a height equal to half the radius of the earth?

If the value of gravitational acceleration is "g" at the surface , then the value of the same is (4g/9) at the hight equal to half of the radius of earth ......... Then , W' = W×(4/9)

W' = 63×(4/9) N

W' = 28 N
