1)Speciation: speciation is the splitting of one species into two or more species or transformation of one species into a new species over period of time due to geographical barrier or reproductive isolation.
2) gene flow: it is the movement of alleles or genes between population of the same species by migration of individual which can interbreed among themselves.
3) genetic drift: In small populations, accidents can change the frequency of some genes in a population, even if these give no survival advantage to the possessors . This phenomenon is called genetic drift.
Genetic drift can be defined as change in gene frequency which occurs by chance in a small population.
