There are only a few roller coasters in the world whose path takes them underground. Suppose a portion of the roller coaster can be modeled by the function f(t) = (t2 − 13t + 40)(t2 − 2t + 3), where t represents the time elapsed in seconds since passing point A on the roller coaster and f(t) represents the height in feet above the ground.

Find the zeros of the function. What do these zeros represent in the context of the problem?


The thing is, I found the zeros ( which are [8,0] and [5,0])

These zeroes represent the portion where the curve of the path changes.
