Explanation:
     Rational Number is any number in the form of p/q where q ≠ 0 .
  Take two rational Numbers 1/2 and 3/2 .
   There can be many numbers between 1/2 = 0.5 and 3/2 = 1.5
             0.51,0.52 ,...... infinite .
