Water table : The level of the upper fresh water.

If there are ten tubewells then the level of water table reduced drastically.

Ten tube wells per fifty houses is quite a number; and if the trend continues the consumption rate of water would rise rapidly and water resources would get depleted at a faster rate.

This would harm one of the most important resources on earth and in turn the entire the humanity.
