There are three consecutive railway stations A, B and C. The distance between A
and B is 40 km 300 m, and the distance between B and C is 30 km 800 m. Every
day a hawker travels from A to C and comes back to A. What distance does the
hawker travel by train every day?​

distance=40300 and 30800

total distance = 40300+30800=80100m

as he goes and comes back he travels

2×80100=160200m or 16 km and 200 m
