There are two boxes in front of you.
One of them has 100 gold coins, 20 silver coins, and 4 copper coins.
The other one has 20 gold coins, 80 silver coins, and 24 copper coins.
If you are not allowed to look Inside but can only pick one coin at a time ( without putting them in), what's the least number of coins you need to pick to able to tell to which box has 100 gold coins?

Answer:

45 coins from a Box

Step-by-step explanation:

We need to take out Maximum 45 coins

As which has 100 gold Coins have

20 Silver Coins & 4 Copper coins

so out of 45  , Maximum Silver Coin will be 20 & Maximum copper coins = 4

so Minimum gold coins out of 45 would be 21

if we get 21 gold coins then itsconfirmed that its from 100 gold coins as other have only 20 gold coins

if out of 45 we do not get 21 gold coins

=> This box does not have 100 gold coins by 20 gold coins

hence other box will have 100 gold coins
