10.28 liters of vanaspati gee should mix from each of the drum.

Step-by-step explanation:

let x liters from 1st drum and 12-x liters from 2nd drum are mixed

gee from 1st drum = 0.75x

oil from 1st drum = 0.25x

gee from 2nd drum = 0.5(12-x)

oil from 2nd drum = 0.5(12-x)

total ghee = 0.25x+6

total oil = 0.25x+0.5(12-x)

= 6-0.25x

ratio of gee to oil = \frac{0.25x+6}{6-0.25x}

= \frac{5}{2}

then,

0.50x+12 = 30 - 1.250x

1.75 x = 18

x= \frac{18}{1.75}

x= 10.28 liters

hence,

10.28 liters of vanaspati gee should mix from each of the drum.
