Block format is typically used for business letters. In block format, the entire text is left aligned and single spaced.

Indented business letter layout aka semi- block rocked when letters were handwritten. It is still used often, and is considered somewhat more formal than other letter formats.

Indented style: It is the oldest style of writing business letters. In an indented format letter, the first word of every paragraph is written leaving some (two or four) spaces

indented style is somewhat more complicated than other popular styles of business writing. In indented style, new paragraphs in a piece of writing are indented that is, they begin about 1.5 centimeters to the right of the left margin.

Block style is a very simple format for business writing.
In block style, every part of a piece of writing or letter
begins at the left hand margin.

both are bussiness letter writing.
