are mixed in the ratio p : 1 and sold at the price of pure milk. If the profit percent after selling the new mixture is

mixtures  B (5:1 ) contains  5 parts of milk and 1 part of water ( 83.3% milk)

for new mixture C ( p : 1) → p parts of A and 1 part of B

if the volume of A is V and that of B Is V added = 2V of C

this contains 2V/3 + 5V/6 = 9v/6 milk and 3V/6 of water (3 : 1)

P = 3
