let the numbers be x and y.

ATQ

x \times  \frac{20}{100} =  {y}^{3}   \\

And

y =  \frac{16}{13}  \times 650 \times  \frac{1}{100}  \\  y = 8

So,

x =  {y}^{3}   \times  \frac{100}{20}  \\ x = 8 \times 8 \times 8 \times  \frac{100}{20}  \\ x = 2560

So, sum = 2560+8

=2568
