There are two numbers such that sum of the numbers is 27 and their difference is 3. Find the difference of their cubes.

Let the 2 numbers be x and y.

x+y=27

x-y=3

Adding the 2 equations we have

2x=35

x=15

Using this in x-y=3

y=15-5=12

Ans = 15³ - 12³ = 1728

By first condition

X + Y= 27

2x=30

X=30\2

X=15

By putting X=15

X+Y27

15 +Y =27

Y=27-15
