area of path parallel to length =(2*80)m sq.
=160m sq.
area of path parallel to breadth=(2*60)m sq.
=120m sq.
area of common path = (2*2)m sq.
=4 m sq.
total area of paths = 160m sq +120m sq.-4 m sq.
=280m sq.-4 m sq.
=276m sq.
