2*pi*r - D = 60

D = 2r

So,

2r(pi - 1) =60

r = 30/(3.14 - 1)

r = 14 m

So,

Diameter = 2r = 28 m

Circumference = 2*3.14*14 = 88 m

Area of field = pi*r*r/2 = 308 Sq m
