One pole = 30 m

Other pole = 15 m

Difference in height = 30 - 15 = 15 m

Distance between the two poles = 36 m

a² + b² = c²

c² = 15² + 36²

c² = 1521

c = √1521

c = 39 m

Answer: The distance between the top is 39 m
