If it's a matter of providing early benifit to the customer then its depends on the material which they are providing. It may happen that by trying the agile way "Team Toyzon" stick at some point which ultimately leads to delay in delivery of product on the other side the "Team Toyzin" followed the traditional way and everything went smooth and they delivered the product on time.

By contradiction, It also happens that by applying the agile way "Team Toyzon" is able to complete the work faster as compared to the traditional way of "Team Toyzin" and could deliver the product faster to the customer.

So, it totally depends on the time and product that the customer demands.
