Mass = Volume × Density
For same volume objects mass ∝ density
Density of wood < Density of iron
∴ Mass of iron object ∝ Mass of wooden object
Inertia depends upon on mass of object. A massive object has more inertia then a lighter object. Hence the one which is made up of iron has more inertia.

Inertia is directly proportional to mass if the mass increases then inertia will be increased so in between iron and wood iron mass is more than wood mass so the inertia of iron is high
