So, Unoccupied Chairs = x/3

Given, Occupied Chairs= 10,000

Simply, Occupied Chairs + Unoccupied Chairs = Total number of chairs

So,         10,000 + x/3 = x

              10,000 = x - x/3

              10,000 = (3x -x)/3

              10,000 = 2x/3

              3×10,000 = 2x

              x = 30,000/2

              x = 15,000

Strength of the stadium is 15,000.
