Yes, if there is equality then only anyone is able to justice. If there is no equality then the judge will support the party which he knews and their will be a injustice for the another part. Thus, justice is only when there is the justice.

- In a democratic country everybody is equal before the law . Therefore the laws are not different for different people . Everybody enjoys equal status and gets equal opportunities to study , earn a living and so on.
- In a democracy , everybody has the right to get justice . If any person faces discrimination for any reason , he or she can seek justice in a court of law . There can be justice only if there is equality in terms of wealth and social status.
