Why does all the water on our earth not get evaporated during hot summer days?

because as we know that 70% of earth are covered with water so it is too much large quantity which can not be evoporate easily so due to this reason all water on earth not get evoporatein summer

All the water of earth will not evaporate during hot summer days because one of the hemisphere of earth has winter and another has summer at same time. Therefore, one side water bodies are evaporated whereas another is freezing water and store it in the snow form.

Overall the evaporation and freezing occur simultaneously on Earth so all water does not evaporated. It also maintains the overall temperature of earth by two processes at same time.
