Let the fraction be P/ 3
now, (P+7)/3_2=2
( P+7) =1×2
P=2_7

let the first fraction be x/x+3
x+7
------- = 2
x+3-2
x+7/x+1=2
x + 7= 2x +2
-x=-5
x=-5/-1=5
then the first fraction will be 5/8
