Forests have large number of trees.
All the trees take up water from the soil for photosynthesis. But these trees also transpire in a huge amount altogether.
Due to this reason, humidity of the place increases. Clouds are formed in more numbers and they get heavier eventually. These clouds precipitate, and hence these regions have frequent rains.

as the forests have a large no. of trees and the trees take up water from the soil fot the photosynthesis and also for tranpiration in a huge amount so the reason is as the humidity of the place increases the clouds also formed and get heavier rain frequently in forests
