As per the physical development is considered there will be a lot of difference. The girl would have hit her adolescent and is at the stage of puberty with all those changes going in her body. On the other hand, the boy is still a child and is ammature. Moreover, as the girl is hitting puberty she must be moody and may not use good language sometimes. As, teenagers might get offended so easily and live in their own world of dreams they sometimes neglect their elders and don't listen to them which is obviously wrong but this is the age where we don't know what is wrong and right for us and result in messing up the things, while the boy will be really open to everyone, loving to his elders.
