Area of flower bed = n² m²
Grass path way area = (n + 2 + 2)² - n²
= n² + 8n + 16 - n²
= 8n + 16 m²

then area of grass path = n² - (n - 4)²
= 8n - 16 m²
60% more grass is required
=> 8n - 16 = (60/100) (8n + 16)
=> 40n - 80 = 24n + 48
=> 16n = 128
=> n = 8
