oxygen is a very small molecule as compared to Sulphur.as a result, the magnitude of the molecular forces or Van der Waals forces acting between the oxygen molecules is higher than sulphur. hence the oxygen atoms are more strongly attracted to each other which results in higher boiling point of oxygen.
