men is scientifically growing in production, but at tha same time the socity is incapble in utilizing this technologies.because the proverty in our conty people are not able to utilize this tecnologies to the fullest. they do not have the money to by food. farmers are mainly labourers and do not have there on land. facilites for marketing,storage,transport,distribution,professing and customer service are beyond the capacity of individual farmers more particularly the ones with small land holding.
