the diameter of an inner circle= 210 m
∴ the radius of inner circle = 210/2 = 105 m (r ) 

the radius of the outer circle will be = 105 + 7 = 112 m ( R) 

area of the path = area of outer circle - the area of the inner circle 
= πR² - πr²
= π ( (112)² - (105)²)
= 22/7 x ( 12544 - 11025)
= 22/7 x 1519
= 4474 m²

∴ the area of the path is 4474 m²
