Answer:

The quantity of water needed is 750000 liters .

Step-by-step explanation:

Given as :

The length of rectangular pool = L = 4 m = 400 cm

The breadth of rectangular pool = B = 2 m = 200 cm

The water if filled up to height h = 25 cm

Let The quantity of water needed = x liters

Since, inside swimming pool , there if four wall

So, Area of four wall of pool = 2 × (Length + breadth) × height

i.e Area of four wall of pool = 2 × (L + b) × h

Or, Area of four wall of pool = 2 × (400 cm + 200 cm) × 25 cm

Or, Area of four wall of pool = 2 × (600 cm) × 25 cm

Or, Area of four wall of pool = 30,000 cm²

Now, Volume of water needed = Area of four wall of pool × height of water

i.e  x = 30,000 × 25

Or, x = 750000 liters

So, The quantity of water needed = x = 750000 liters

Hence, The quantity of water needed is 750000 liters . Answer
