You should try making a little summary of the besics of each chapter.You need not write everything, just the important things.You have to look at it before going to bed.In math and science read every important formula.Don't practice every example, just the once you've problems with.Don't put an all nighter before the examination.It won't help you.In social sciences remember to read the suggestions given by your teachers.It really helps.

And most importantly, keep calm.
