there is no difference between money market and capital market .comment upon the statements

Financial market can either be a Money Market where extremely liquid financial instruments are traded or a Capital Market where buying and selling in securities are done to raise long term funds for the entity. These two terms are very complicated to understand and that is why people use them interchangeably which is wrong.
