Help them by sitting down with them and discussing how they can use the little water they have left evenly. Let them have small showers at your house/bring over buckets of clean water for them to drink and clean dishes in. Allow them to use your washing machine. Talk to the council to see if there is any way that your neighbours can come out of this predicament quickly.

Answer:

If there is shortage of water in my neighbour’s house, I will help them in the following ways:

1. I will provide them with water from my house for the immediate necessary functions such as drinking , cooking etc

2. Then I will suggest them to repair leaking taps and pipes so that they can save water.

3. I will also suggest ways to save water such as rainwater harvesting techniques, using sewage water in flush tanks, using bucket to clean and bathe instead of shower and pipes.

4. I will try to educate them and others about the importance of water so that they don’t waste water and try to make most of the little water that is available.
