There was a hotel with a guard standing outside it. To enter it u will need to solve a trick. A guy came. The guard said one and the guy said three and entered. Then a woman came. The guard said nine and the woman said four and entered. Then you came and the guard said eight. What would you say to enter the hotel and why??

five because at first when the guard say one then the men answer three because it contains three letter in (one) same like woman
